After ordering you will receive a confirmation email stating when you can expect the product. It is also possible to view your account. If you log into the website, you can retrieve the track and trace code of your order.
When you contact us about delivery, please always quote your order number. A different delivery time applies to items that are not directly available from stock.
For orders before 11 p.m. the following delivery times apply.
Not at home when your order is delivered? In most cases it is delivered again or handed over to the neighbors. If this is the case, you will often receive a note in the mail from the delivery person themselves.
You will also receive a Track & Trace email from the courier to track your order. If you have any questions about your delivery, please contact customer service.
You can only use our free collection service within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germanya and Austria.

For larger or heavier packages, return postage costs are at your own expense. For the current costs, we refer you to the PostNL website.
If your product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. Please do not send the item to our postal address. If you are unable to do this, please contact us.

- Click on the link that says "Return"
- Choose a parcel shop near you
- Click Confirm
- Open the mail from DPD and print out the data
- Bring the data and your parcel to the parcel shop and hand it in there free of charge
